Reports to MEP Director, Accountable to Project Director

Tax Free Salary + Car� + Housing���� 5�� / 6 day week

Candidates should be qualified to Diploma or BSc Degree level in a building related subject (or equivalent) and have 15-20 years experience working in the construction industry including high rise towers, hotels, hospitals and educational facilities. Candidates will be proactive with a professional approach. They will be good communicators both with internal teams and external clients. Key skills are required in project planning and time management.

Applicants must be team players with a methodical and conscientious approach to their work with an ability to work on their own initiative when required.� Should be highly focused, self motivated and commercially aware. The ability to build relationships with key contractors is essential.�

Duties will include:

� Total knowledge of the project by study of the drawings

� Management of the consultant team including chairing meetings

� Control of programme and quality plan of packages

� Working closely with the Project Director/Manager

� Liaison with Commercial Dept to identify variations, design development cost and programme effects

� Process technical queries with the design team

� Taking a role in presentation of the project to the client

� Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisations goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
