Reports to MEP Director, Accountable to Project Director

 

Tax Free Salary + Car� + Housing���� 5�� / 6 day week

 

Candidates should be qualified to Diploma or BSc Degree level in a building related subject (or equivalent) and have 15-20 years experience working in the construction industry including high rise towers, hotels, hospitals and educational facilities.

 

Candidates will be experienced in organising and management of construction works with the ability to produce a high quality product.� Experience is required in maintaining and developing client relationships with key skills in project planning and time management. Effective communication to manage site based staff is essential.

 

Applicants must be team players with a methodical and conscientious approach to their work.� Should be highly focused and self motivated.��

 

Duties will include:

� Review of drawings and the project programme and contributing where necessary

� Working closely with the Project Director/Manager

� Liaison with the Health & Safety Manager as required

� To chair subcontractor meetings

� Identification of problems and offering solutions in the construction process

� Acting as co-ordinator with the professional team

� Interface with the client and design team

� Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisations goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
