Reports to Head of Commercial Department, Accountable to Area Manager

 

Tax Free Salary + Car� + Housing���� 5�� / 6 day week

 

Candidates should be qualified to Diploma or BSc Degree level in a building related subject (or equivalent) and have 15-20 years experience working in the construction industry including high rise towers, hotels, hospitals and educational facilities.

 

A team player with a methodical and conscientious approach to their work.� Should be numerate and computer literate, especially spreadsheet packages.� Will be a successful leader with the skills to lead and motivate a team.

 

Duties will include:

� Responsibility for all commercial aspects and reporting on the financial status of contracts/projects on a monthly basis

� Develop and maintain professional relationship with the client

� Prepare business reports

� Review existing working practices and implement new processes where required

� Prepare and monitor cash flow

� Forecast turnover of work, develop and agree budgets

� Interface with the client and consultant team

� Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisations goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
